We have a rich history in the field of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and inspection dating back to the early days of its development.

Our team of highly trained and experienced professionals have been at the forefront of the industry, pioneering new techniques and technologies to provide the most accurate and reliable results.

Our services include a wide range of NDT techniques such as Ultrasonic Testing, Magnetic Particle Inspection, Liquid Penetrant Inspection, and Eddy Current Testing, among others. These techniques are used to detect and evaluate surface and subsurface defects in materials, ensuring the integrity and reliability of equipment and structures.

We also offer further inspection methods such as Drone Inspections (UAV), rope access inspections, Positive Material Identification (PMI), Hardness Testing and Ferrite Testing, to provide a comprehensive and thorough inspection service to our clients.

About Us

About Us

Our dedicated and fully competent personnel have decades of knowledge between them of on-site project experience in all aspects of NDT other forms of inspection as well as the latest health & safety procedural requirements.

We maintain qualifications in the following governing bodies:

The inspection methods we use can be seen below. These methods are designed to provide a comprehensive and thorough inspection service that exceeds industry standards, ensuring the integrity and reliability of equipment and structures.

PMI, or Positive Material Identification, is a powerful technique that allows for the precise analysis of metallic alloys. By using advanced technology such as X-ray fluorescence (XRF), experts are able to quickly and accurately determine the composition of a material, including the percentage of each constituent element present. This non-destructive method can be applied to a wide range of components and assets, making it a versatile tool for a variety of industries.

PMI is often used in material verification and identification. This technique is a must-have in quality control procedures, especially in critical industries like aerospace, oil and gas, power generation, and manufacturing. With PMI, engineers and technicians can confidently identify the exact material used in a component, ensuring it meets the required specifications and standards. PMI is also a valuable tool in the identification of counterfeit or substandard materials, helping to prevent the use of inferior or potentially dangerous materials in key applications. It can be used for the analysis of machined valve parts, pressure control parts, wrought products, gear wheels, pressure vessels, anchor chains, and much more.

Overall, PMI is a precise and reliable technique that allows for the quick and accurate identification of metallic alloys, providing crucial information for quality control, material verification and identification, and preventing the use of counterfeit or substandard materials..
